Terms & Conditions — 77u Platform Rules and Player Obligations

By accessing the 77u platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 77u Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 77u with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. No variation of these Terms shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by 77u.

Your continued use of the 77u platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their stated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, 77u will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

By creating an account, you further confirm and warrant that: (a) you are aged 18 years or above; (b) you are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) all personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date; (d) you are not acting on behalf of any other person; and (e) you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a person subject to international sanctions without having disclosed this to 77u in advance.

To use the betting and casino features of 77u, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and kept current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Eligibility criteria for account registration are as follows:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 77u strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned via the original deposit method, minus any winnings generated while the account was active.
2. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on 77u. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any Bonus Balance will be forfeited.
3. Personal Use Only: Accounts must be registered and used exclusively by the named account holder for personal recreational purposes. You may not open an account on behalf of a third party, allow another person to use your account, or transfer account credentials to any other individual.
4. Jurisdiction: Access to 77u is intended for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
5. Identity Verification (KYC): 77u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

77u reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. This right is exercised to maintain the integrity and security of the platform and protect all players who use it.

77u offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms set out the general principles that apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. Unless explicitly stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per person, household, device, and IP address.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a player's account holds both a real-money balance and a Bonus Balance, real-money funds are used first for all wagers unless the player selects otherwise.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is published in the relevant promotion's terms page.
4. Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed bonus funds that have expired are removed from the account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the validity of their bonuses.
5. Bonus Abuse: 77u actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77u reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.
6. Seasonal Promotions: 77u runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and cultural events including BPL season, IPL, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Additional terms specific to each seasonal promotion are published on the promotions page when each campaign is active.

77u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed the applicable wagering requirement, the remaining Bonus Balance and any winnings generated solely from that bonus will be removed from the player's account. Real-money funds will not be affected by such changes.

All bets and wagers placed on the 77u platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not a valid basis for dispute or refund.

Sports Betting: Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds and stake are fixed. Pre-match odds are locked at the time of bet placement. Live (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time and are confirmed at the moment the "Place Bet" action is completed by the player. In the event of a technical disruption during live bet placement, 77u's server-side records are the definitive record of whether a bet was accepted.

Event Cancellation and Postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's real-money balance within 24 hours. If an event is postponed and restarts within 12 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will stand. If the restart occurs after 12 hours, bets will be voided unless the relevant market rules specify otherwise.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles hosted on the 77u platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms observed via live video stream. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each slot game is published by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel.

Maximum Win Limits: Winnings from a single bet, spin, or game round may be subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be reduced to the cap amount. This rule applies across all game categories including crash games, slots, and live casino tables.

Error and Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds or payouts, 77u reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the error. Where erroneous winnings have already been credited, 77u reserves the right to recover those amounts from the player's balance. 77u will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve disputes in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77u platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings generated through such conduct voided, and any remaining balance subject to review prior to release. In severe cases, 77u reserves the right to report the conduct to relevant authorities.

1. Fraudulent Identity: Providing false personal information at registration or during a KYC verification process, including impersonating another individual, using fabricated documents, or opening an account on behalf of a third party.
2. Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one registered account on the 77u platform, regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used.
3. Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access for a minor in any way.
4. Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game format hosted on the platform.
5. Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in ways not available to human players.
6. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any systematic approach that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
7. Money Laundering: Using the 77u platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or any other financial crime. 77u operates AML checks on all accounts and cooperates fully with relevant financial crime authorities.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Where a chargeback is fraudulently initiated, the account will be closed and the disputed amount recovered from any remaining balance.
9. Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the 77u platform, its servers, or any connected systems.

77u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address and a timeline for resolution communicated where practicable. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. 77u will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations within 14 calendar days.

Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided. The real-money balance remaining in the account (if any and after deduction of any amounts owed to 77u) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 28 calendar days, unless the funds are subject to an AML hold or court order.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 77u support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77u shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

77u's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77u does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that all game results will be free from technical faults. While 77u makes every effort to maintain platform stability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL and IPL matches — scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 77u shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

The game content provided by third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) is the intellectual property of those providers. 77u makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party game and is not liable for losses arising from game-provider-side outages or errors beyond 77u's reasonable control.

Nothing in this section shall limit 77u's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 77u's own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

77u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policies — 77u will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that expand (rather than reduce) player rights — may be made without prior notice, though the updated Terms will always carry a revised effective date at the top of the document.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 77 u.onl/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version in all circumstances. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

77u operates as a safe and reliable platform protected by SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. 77u does not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing in Bangladesh; players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the 77u customer support team for good-faith resolution. Players are encouraged to raise disputes within 30 days of the relevant event. The support team will acknowledge a dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
